Enrollment

ThistleWaithe’s doors are open to families seeking a unique and enriching early childhood education. The first step in the admission process is to schedule a tour of our South Salem or Katonah campus to allow parents to experience all that we offer. To preserve the peaceful learning environment for our children, we kindly ask that this initial visit be exclusively for parents.

We offer open spots to families with children currently enrolled at ThistleWaithe first. Enrollment confirmations and a non-refundable deposit for those families are due every December, and final enrollment documents are due every April.

Next, we offer spots to siblings of enrolled students. We consider applications on a rolling basis for the remaining available spots and maintain a waitlist.

ThistleWaithe follows the Katonah-Lewisboro School District (KLSD)’s 10-month school year, which starts in early September and goes through mid-June. We offer summer camp for students entering the Toddler, Primary, and Studio classrooms every June through July. Our school is closed in August.
